This site is for you to lounge in and view both the public library aspect of the site with its public lists (which of legal necessity can only be “prognostications” of what energy is permitted to support), and its subscriber based private smoking lounge.

The Smoking Lounge will be for those who wish to submit lists to the IRF for “prognostication” as to what energy is permitted to support. As you may already know, energy is now (since 2009) only permitted to manifest expression of that which will support BALANCE in the world. The calculus of this is beyond the pay grade of the IRF, but he does get imagery documenting what does and does not qualify.

The IRF is an old guy who has remained hidden because of the POWER of the abilities he has had since childhood. [This is discussed in following pages.] Up until the end of 2008 he received imagery of what energy was bringing into manifest expression. Everything that was a thought had to be expressed. Any “Thoughtform” that had enough “push” (because of intense emotion, perseverance of an individual or mass support from many beings such as a political group or population, or because of illusion “contract”) moved into expression more quickly – and could be seen in imagery coming down the pike into the reality of our illusion. This skill-set of seeing imagery documenting what was coming would have given the IRF a lot of Power in the illusion, were he permitted to use it. Occasionally the IRF was permitted to move forward “insight” to some “high office” or other seat of military responsibility - and this, only because it was needed.

What has changed (with the commencement of 2009) is that energy is now only permitted to manifest expression of what will support your Balance.

[Can other stuff happen, yes. That is because there is still “old story fuel” left in the tank that will be used up to make “be” what the “old story thoughtform concepts” expect to “be”.]

Because the IRF can no longer be usurped by the Power inherent in the imagery insight of his skill-set, that skill-set can be available as a screwdriver for the public to use as a tool to adjust its personal choices of possible actions or direction.

Think on this for a moment.

Because energy is now only permitted to support the manifest expression of what will support your own personal real Balance (and support BALANCE in the world) the machinations of Power can not attach to the IRF making that information available to you.

Still, it is all too easy for the IRF to be overtaken by Power’s machinations and take on a “big deal” identity because of a personality much like a theatrical teacher with a lot of natural charisma. So, I will not be much more public than this.
